Our collaboration with Soda Stream resulted in an exciting Super Bowl commercial that captured viewers' attention. The commercial seamlessly blended live-action footage with futuristic 2D animation to create an otherworldly experience. Set on Mars and in outer space, the commercial follows two astronauts who make an astonishing discovery: water on Mars. Through meticulous animation direction and dynamic 2D motion design, we brought this captivating storyline to life, leaving audiences in awe.
The Style:
Our role in the project encompassed animation direction and 2D motion design. Working closely with The Mill and Soda Stream, we carefully crafted the visual style and aesthetic of the commercial. By seamlessly integrating live-action footage with futuristic 2D animation, we created a captivating and immersive experience for viewers. The animation techniques employed, along with the use of vibrant colors and dynamic visuals, enhanced the storytelling and brought the water discovery on Mars to life in a visually striking manner.
